Mac & Cheese

This mac & cheese was so cheesy and delicious, it was hard to tell it was frozen! You can heat this up in the microwave or in the oven, I went with the oven option.

I added a little extra Parmesan cheese on top of my mac & cheese dish for the last 5 minutes of baking. It tasted very similar to Krafts mac & cheese.

I found this in the frozen section at Trader Joe’s, right next to the regular mac & cheese.  Definitely not the most nutritious meal, but it would make a great quick meal for kids with a gluten allergy or if your in the mood for a quick feel good meal.

I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.
