Goodie Girl Cookies Mint flavor cookies are a gluten free chocolate chunk cookie that is reminiscent of the classic Girl Scott Thin Mint Cookies. All Goodie Girl cookies are certified gluten free, peanut free, and free of artificial flavors. There Mint cookies are made with a chocolate-mint wafer gluten free cookie that is covered in chocolate. An added tip: try throwing these in the freezer for a couple of hours and enjoy chilled. I found this individually wrapped sleeve of gluten free Mint cookies one at my local Starbucks, but you can also buy Goodie Girl Cookies at stores such as Amazon, Walmart, Target.
