Plain Keto Hot Breakfast
I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.
This is a great warm, filling, quick, keto friendly breakfast made from coconut. To make this is super simple as well. I preferred the stove top method. I added 3 tablespoons of the mix, 1 table spoon of coconut butter (the directions call for butter), and 1 cup of water. Stir all ingredients well and bring to a boil. Let sit for 1-2 minutes and then top with the ingredients of your choice.
I topped mine with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, blueberries, & honey. I found this at Sprouts and loved it the first time I tried it. It reminded my of a warm porridge without all the carbs.
Available in plain, apple cinnamon, peaches and cream, and maple brown sugar.
