I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.
Absolutley amazed with this one from Mikey's. Who know they could create a grain free, soy free, dairy free, paleo friendly tortilla that tasted this delicous. One pacakge comes with 8 burrito sized tortillas that are a whopping 6-inches. These work wonderfully when making quesedillas and burittos.
Be sure to heat your tortilla up on your stove before preparring for best results. These tortillas held up strong and I would highly recommend even if you are not following a paleo diet. I found these at Sprouts.
