Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

I have been seeing a lot about these bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts lately so I thought I would give it a go! This is the yin and yang of snacks, half healthyand half guilty pleasure, perfectly in harmony. It is crisp to bite at first, but then you’re welcomed by a perfectly al dente Brussels sprouts. I paired mine with oven baked salmon. Have a go at it for yourself, read on below!

Serves 2-3

25 Minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit. Line a cooking sheet with foil.

  2. In a small, microwave safe bowl, heat butter for 30 seconds until melted. Cut Brussel sprouts in half and add to butter. Sprinkle with salt and everyday seasoning from Trader Joe’s. Mix until covered evenly.

  3. Cut bacon in half. Wrap Brussel sprouts in bacon covering the entire Brussel sprout and place on baking sheet with foil. Cover Brussel sprouts with another sheet of foil and fold the two sheets of foil together to make a tight seal. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and remove top foil and return to the over. Bake for an additional 6-8 minutes until bacon is fully cooked.

  4. Serve warm and enjoy.

  • 10 bacon, cut in half

  • 2 tablespoon of butter, melted

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon of everyday seasoning from Trader Joe’s
