I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.
This is a cajun style seafood restaurant that can be fun for the whole family. The tables are covered in a wax paper covering and the food arrives in a bag (for most items). No plates or silver wear are involved, so be prepared to eat with your hands and to get messy!
All of the seafood is boiled perfectly and they have extriodinary flavoring of spices. I usually go with a pound of shrimp and the whole sha-bang, which is a combination of all of their seasonings. It is so good!
The restaurant is full of TV's, which makes it a great spot to watch games. But, be prepared for long wait times because this place is popular!
To stay gluten free, avoid any fried items, including all of their french fries, and beer.
