The bakery operates a retail location in Clairemont, San Diego, and also offers online pre-ordering with pickup available  with at least two day notice. Customers can choose from daily offerings and rotating selections through their Grab-and-go menu.

The establishment maintains a dedicated gluten-free kitchen to prevent cross-contamination, ensuring safe options for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.
