  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups of gluten free flour (I used Outrageous Baking All Purpose Baking Flour for this recipe)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 cup brown sugar
