Trader Joe's
Broccoli and Kale Pizza Crust
i'm Nicole
I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.
This cheesy, delightful, goodness is the new broccoli and kale pizza crust from Trader Joe’s that is a frozen, ready-to-bake, gluten free pizza crust. It uses a mix of broccoli, corn flour, potato starch, black kale, water, cornstarch, and salt to make the pre-made pizza crust.
The instructions for this pizza crust are pretty simple. Bake 10 minutes upside down, flip and bake for another 10 minutes. For extra crispy, bake for 3-5 minutes on broil.
This pizza crust was very delicious and can even be enjoyed by those who don’t enjoy the taste of kale. This is also a great way to sneak a little extra vegetables into your diet.
