I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.

Get grilling with Canyon's new 100% whole grain gluten free burger buns. Stay-Fresh Burger Buns are the perfect staple for your next gluten free bbq session. They are soft and delicious and go together perfectly with your favorite bbq toppings. I enjoyed mine best after toasting it for a bit in the oven!

The buns are made from 100% whole grain and are certified gluten free, soy free, dairy free, and nut free. In additional, Canyon Bakehouse’s entire line is kosher and uses non-GMO ingredients.

For my creation, I used a few left over ingredients that we had in the fridge - guacamole, salsa, shredded Mexican cheese blend, and beyond burgers plant-based patties.
