i'm Nicole

I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.

Trader Joe’s butternut squash frozen gluten free pizza crust is a fall version of their frozen pizza crust. Once baked, you can taste the subtle taste of the butternut squash.

I think it’s a great way to enjoy your pizza cravings while sneaking some veggies into your diet.

This version of crust did come out a little waterier than the other versions, so I would recommend baking it a little long if you want it to be crisper.
