i'm Nicole

I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.

Real Good Foods makes it easier to enjoy gluten free pizza with their cauliflower crust personal margherita pizza. Since the curst is made with cauliflower, this pizza is both gluten free and keto friendly!

Real Good Foods strives themselves on their real and simple ingredients that they put into their products, including the crust which is 100% grain free made from cauliflower, egg, almonds and cheese! This pizza is super easy to make, all you have to do is throw it in the oven for 10-14 minutes and enjoy!

The flavor is delicious and the cheese melts perfectly, you would never be able to tell that it is made from cauliflower! Real Good Foods makes a variety of pizza crust ranging from cauliflower, chicken, and broccoli. Other pizza topping varieties include, pepperoni, cheese, and veggie.

In addition to these personal sized pizzas, Real Good Foods also make frozen family size pizzas.
