I'm Nicole

I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.

description

Fork & Salad is a Maui style eatery with locations in Hawaii and the Orange Circle in California. Choose one of their Signature salads or create your own.

With their cafeteria style ordering, salads and sandwiches are made fresh to order and are easily customized. They can accomidate gluten free sandwiches, just let them know of your allergy and they will change their gloves and prepare your meal with their gluten free bread.

In addition, they promote different lunch price specials that are very affordable!
