I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. After struggling to adjust to a mandatory gluten free diet, I wanted to create a resource for others trying to learn their way around this gluten filled world.

Let me just start by telling you that these cauliflower buffalo bites are amazing! They taste so much like a chicken wing, I forgot I wasn’t eating one!

They are made with cauliflower instead of chicken so they are gluten free, keto, and vegetarian. Read below to learn how to make them yourself:

Serves 3-4

40 Minutes

ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon ground garlic

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 Gluten free flour (I used rice flour)

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 2/3 cup Franks red hot hot sauce

directions

Step 1:

Preheat over to 450° Fahrenheit and butter a baking pan.

Step 2:

Break off cauliflower into bit size pieces and set aside. Mix the salt, garlic, water, and gluten-free flower in a medium size bowl. Dip and coat each cauliflower bite with mixture and place on the pan. Bake for 7 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 7 minutes.

Step 3:

In a new bowl, add hot sauce, and butter and mix well. Dip each cauliflower with hot sauce and place back on the pan. Cook for an additional 20 minutes, flipping half way through.

Step 4:

Serve with buttermilk ranch and fresh celery and enjoy.
